Thanks for entering your school in Saturday’s 54th Manhattan XC Invitational at historic Van Cortlandt Park.  Please review this Race Day Information sheet and explore the website links we have attached.  

For teams conducting team runs on Friday in Van Cortlandt Park, HOKA will be hosting a Van Cortlandt shakeout run led by HOKA Northern Arizona Elite pro athletes Alex Masai, a 2:04 Kenyan marathoner, and Colton Sands, a 3:54 miler from North Carolina. Meet at the HOKA tent in Van Cortlandt along Broadway at 2p on Friday for the 2:30p hosted run. 

Please note that due to overwhelming interest and limited capacity, our Baldor Foods Pasta Dinner & the “Running Successfully at the University Level” Seminar on Friday, October 9 at Manhattan University have both reached full registration and are now closed.    

Car Parking:  Please note that there is free car parking in the Manhattan University Parking Facility on both Friday and Saturday.  But due to a construction issue, PLEASE USE THE 4513 MANHATTAN UNIVERSITY PARKING LOT ENTRANCE AND NOT THE BROADWAY ENTRANCE. 

Packet Pickup:  This tent is located near entrance to Van Cortlandt Park.  Both team packets as well as numbers for the Coaches Race can be picked up starting at 6:30 AM on Saturday. 

Late Roster Changes:  Use this Athlete Race Transfer Form to move an already entered athlete from one race to another. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO ABILITY TO CHANGE ROSTERS AFTER 9am ON FRIDAY MORNING.

 The Burger King located across from Van Cortlandt Park is now closed allowing your runners to explore healthier eating options come race day 

Lloyd’s Carrot Cakes - owned and operated by former Manhattan Jasper basketball player Brandon Adams – will again be supplying a Lloyd’s famed carrot cake to the winners of the Boys’ and Girls’ Eastern States Championship.  Lloyd’s is located just across Broadway from the finish line. Warning: there will be a line outside Lloyd’s on race day.
