COACHES RACE INCLUDED IN 54th MANHATTAN UNIVERSITY CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL PRESENTED BY HOKA

Coaches for teams entered in the 2026 Manhattan University Cross Country Invitational Presented by HOKA will once again will offered free entry into a 1.5-mile Coaches fun run.

The New York City event – now celebrating its 54th year – will be contested on Saturday October 11 at famed Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx borough of New York City. The Coaches race will be one of 37 races that will be livestreamed by MileSplit.

This fourth annual Coaches /Open Race will be a 1.5-mile event starting at 9:55 AM on race day in Van Cortlandt.

The first female and male finishers in the Coaches race will receive a HOKA Runner’s Backpack. “This race has become a really fun addition to the day’ events where coaches can throw on a singlet and join their teams competing for prizes and bragging rights,” said Todd Witzleben, Head Coach for Cross Country, Track & Field at Manhattan University who also serves as Event Director or the Invitational.
