Why High School Coaches Should Consider Entering the 53rd Manhattan University Cross Country Invitational Presented by HOKA – Saturday, October 11 – in NYC’s Van Cortlandt Park

One of the largest and best-run, high school, cross country meets in the USA.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience for teams to visit and compete in bustling New York City.

More prizes than any meet around including medals for first 75 finishers in all 37 races.

Boy’s & Girl’s varsity, junior varsity, sophomore, freshman, intermediate and youth races including the Ed Bowes Girls’ and Peter Aquilone Boys Eastern States Championship races.

A meet willing to work with coaches on scheduling, And a newly consolidated event schedule that reduces the overall racing day by an hour.

Opportunity for teams to compete at historic Van Cortlandt Park course where Nicole Blood, Edward Cheserek, Marty Liquori, Christine Curtin, Katelyn Tuohy & Matt Centrowitz established their national, distance running credentials.

A Friday afternoon/early evening (October 10) Runner’s Expo at nearby Manhattan University that includes a “Running Successfully at University Level” seminar for high school runners featuring collegiate coaches and athletes and a free “Taste of New York” Pasta Dinner.
